In November, we completed the production of the industrial wood shaving machine and shipped it to the Mexican market. Currently, the Shuliy wood shaving machine is in operation in Mexico, helping our customer solve his production problems.
Customer background introduction
Our client from Mexico is primarily engaged in the primary processing of timber. He mainly uses common woods such as pine to produce wood shavings for livestock bedding. Due to the aging of his existing equipment, he plans to purchase the industrial wood shaving machine with stable output and a reliable structure.
Customer core needs analysis
During initial discussions, the client provided clear purchasing requirements for the wood shaving machine:
- Production capacity: Approximately 400 kg/h, sufficient for current daily production
- Power standard: Compliant with the commonly used three-phase 220V/60Hz power supply in Mexico
- Applicable raw materials: Common wood materials such as logs and wood scraps
- Finished product requirements: Uniform wood shavings suitable for animal bedding
Customized solutions
Based on the customer’s requirements, we recommended the industrial wood shaving machine with a processing capacity of 500 kg/hour. This equipment is stable in operation, compact in structure, and particularly suitable for long-term use in small and medium-sized wood processing plants.
At the same time, we made targeted adjustments to the motor and electrical control system to ensure that the equipment is fully compatible with a three-phase 220V/60Hz power supply, allowing the customer to put it into production directly without any modifications.
Successful delivery and customer feedback
After confirming the design and technical parameters, the wood shaver machine was successfully manufactured, tested, and packaged for export, and then shipped to Mexico as planned.
Currently, our wood shaver machine is already in operation. The customer reports that the industrial wood shaving machine is running very stably and has high processing efficiency, fully meeting his requirements.
