An Australian customer from a wood processing plant recently purchased a trough type wood debarking machine from us. Before the purchase, the customer’s existing equipment had a small processing capacity per batch, which could no longer meet the plant’s current wood processing needs.
From small-batch processing to higher capacity
The customer was looking for a เครื่องปอกไม้ that could handle a larger amount of wood at a time and improve the overall debarking capacity. After discussing the required output and working conditions with us, the customer chose a 5–6 tons/h trough type wood debarking machine.
This wood peeler machine was equipped with SKF bearings. It also had a 325 mm working diameter and four 750 mm wheels.

Production and shipment to Australia
After confirming the specifications, we arranged production according to the customer’s requirements. Once production was complete, we sent photos of the tough type wood debarking machine to the customer for confirmation. Subsequently, we shipped it to Australia by sea.
Equipment performance in Australia
After using the new tough type wood debarking machine, the Australian customer reported that the wood processing capacity increased by around 30% compared with the previous equipment. The new machine’s 5–6 tons/h capacity also better matched the processing requirements of the customer’s wood processing plant.
The customer was satisfied with the upgrade, particularly because the larger processing capacity reduced the limitation caused by the previous small-batch equipment.
