In May, a customized SL-420 sawdust maker machine was recently exported from China to Iraq. Based on the customer’s requirements, the wood crushing machine was specially painted white. This wood shredding machine has now successfully arrived in Iraq.
Customer requirements for wood crushing machine
This Iraqi client needed a compact and efficient sawdust processing machine to handle wood waste generated from local production activities.
During the communication process, the client highlighted three main requirements:
- The wood crusher machine needed to be able to use local 380V power.
- The sawdust maker machine needed a custom white paint job with a logo.
- The equipment needed a processing capacity of 300 kg/h.
Based on the client’s needs, we recommended the SL-420 wood shredding machine. This model is suitable for shredding wood chips, branches, planks, and other biomass materials. Its processing capacity of 300-500 kg/hour met the client’s current processing requirements.
White color customization for better appearance
Unlike the standard model, this SL-420 wood shredder is customized with a white painted body according to customer requirements. The white paint makes the sawdust making machine look cleaner and also makes it easier for the customer to identify and manage it in the workshop.
Machine testing and shipment preparation
After production and final inspection, the customized white SL-420 wood crusher was packed in a wooden crate for safe transportation. The export package protected the machine from damage during shipping. Then the sawdust maker machine was successfully shipped to the Iraqi customer.
