Recently, Shuliy completed the shipment of two industrial wood shaver machines to a customer in Zambia, including one SI-1500 wood shaving machine and one SI-1200 wood shaver machine.
The SI-1500 wood shaving machine provides a capacity of up to 2000kg/h, making it suitable as the main production machine. The SI-1200 log shaving machine offers a capacity of 1500-1800kg/h, allowing the customer to flexibly arrange production according to different processing requirements.
Why did our customer choose two industrial wood shavers?
During communication, the customer mainly focused on the machine’s processing capacity, motor power, and feeding size.
Since the customer planned to process relatively large wood materials, the equipment needed to have a larger feeding inlet and sufficient power to ensure stable operation.
Based on these requirements, Taizy provided the following solution:
- SI-1500 wood shaving machine: Equipped with a 400×400mm feeding inlet and a maximum capacity of 2000kg/h.
- SI-1200 wood shaving machine: Equipped with a 270×270mm feeding inlet and a capacity of 1500-1800kg/h.
The combination of these two machines allows the customer to handle different production requirements with higher flexibility and efficiency.
