Shuliy recently completed an order for four SL-600 log chipper machines for Ghana. The customer did not contact us directly at first. A Chinese customer approached Shuliy to help his foreign friend in Ghana purchase suitable wood processing equipment.
Customer’s raw materials and production requirements
The Ghanaian customer mainly processes tree trunks, with branches and wood offcuts as additional raw materials. The customer needed a log chipper machine capable of handling this type of wood while maintaining a stable processing capacity.
The finished wood chips will be used as fuel for a biomass boiler. Therefore, the customer’s main requirement was to efficiently process the available wood materials into chips suitable for subsequent boiler use.
Based on the customer’s raw materials and required production volume, the customer finally ordered four SL-600 wood chipper machines.

The customer required a specific electrical configuration, so we customized a 400 V, 50 Hz three-phase power supply for him. The detailed specifications for these four wood chippers are as follows:

After confirming the machine specifications, Shuliy started production of all four SL-600 log chipper machines. The machines have now been completed, inspected, packed into wooden cases, and shipped to Ghana.
