Dans ce projet, nous avons livr\u00e9 une ligne de production compl\u00e8te de d\u00e9corticage du bois \u00e0 un client au Kazakhstan pour le d\u00e9corticage des rondins et le convoyage continu.<\/p>

Le client traite des rondins bruts mais d\u00e9pendait auparavant du travail manuel, ce qui entra\u00eenait une faible efficacit\u00e9 et des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Il avait besoin d'un d\u00e9cortiqueur de rondins plus automatis\u00e9 et stable capable de g\u00e9rer diff\u00e9rentes tailles de rondins.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s discussion et optimisation de la solution, nous avons fourni une ligne de production compl\u00e8te comprenant le chargement des rondins, le convoyage, le d\u00e9corticage et la d\u00e9charge d'\u00e9corce, permettant une op\u00e9ration continue et enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e.<\/p>

Points forts de la conception de la solution<\/strong><\/h2>

1. Conception de flux de travail int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et continu<\/strong><\/p>

L'ensemble de la ligne de production b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d'une automatisation fluide \u2014 du chargement des rondins et du d\u00e9corticage jusqu'\u00e0 la d\u00e9charge finale, minimisant l'intervention manuelle et augmentant consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle globale.<\/p>

2. Adaptabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 diverses tailles de rondins<\/strong><\/p>

La machine de d\u00e9corticage de rondins SL-320 log debarker machine<\/a> est capable de traiter des rondins d'un diam\u00e8tre allant de 7 \u00e0 28 cm, accueillant diverses sources de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et maximisant l'utilisation de l'\u00e9quipement.<\/p>

3. Collecte automatis\u00e9e de l'\u00e9corce<\/strong><\/p>

L'\u00e9corce r\u00e9siduelle est collect\u00e9e et trait\u00e9e via un syst\u00e8me de convoyeur d\u00e9di\u00e9 ; les clients peuvent ensuite utiliser l'\u00e9corce comme combustible ou \u00e0 d'autres fins, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'utilisation des ressources.<\/p>

Retour client<\/strong><\/h2>

Depuis la mise en service de la machine de d\u00e9corticage de rondins, le client a signal\u00e9 d'excellentes performances globales :<\/p>

  • L'efficacit\u00e9 du pelage s'est nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/li>
  • Les besoins en main-d'\u0153uvre manuelle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duits.<\/li>
  • Les flux de production sont devenus plus fluides.<\/li>
  • La gestion sur site est d\u00e9sormais plus ordonn\u00e9e.<\/li> <\/ul>
